Biological Safety

Biological Safety is used to incorporate safety specific information from the organizations Biological Safety Committee. 

Instructions

To access Biological Safety:

From the Salute Portal landing page, select Biological Safety from the Programs modules

 

From the Biological Safety landing page, you will be able to:

1. Select an individual item to see detailed information

2. Filter the list by selecting a column header (can do multiple filters) to see a select list of items

3. Create a new Institutional Biosafety Record (+IBC) 

When an item is selected, you will be able to see specific information related to that IBC

1. Registration No.

2. Contact Information

3. Registration Title

4. Status

5. Approval/Expiry Dates

6. Last inspection date

 

At the bottom of the IBC form, you will see the Information Specific to Biological Agents for that IBC

1. Users can view/edit/add items to this list
