To speed up imports and prevent delays, carefully review and validate import templates before submitting them to Salute for upload. This minimizes the need for corrections on import files, ensuring a more efficient process.
Review Import Templates Before Submission
To minimize errors and speed up the import process, always check the format of the import templates before sending them to Salute for upload. Make sure that:
All required fields are completed accurately.
Data formats (e.g., date, email, phone numbers) match the template requirements.
Consistent naming conventions are used to avoid duplication and confusion.
Do not alter the column headers as they are mapped directly to Salute’s database.
