Metrics

Metrics dashboards on the Salute Safety platform are designed to get you and your team information on the work being done in Salute.

Accessing Metrics

To access the Metrics module:

From the Salute landing page, navigate to Metrics on the righthand side under Management. A user must be part of a relevant User Group that has Metrics access. Every user by default will have access to "Admin Insights" and can reach out to their Customer Success Analyst for additional dashboards for a specific individual or user group.

Navigating Metrics

Salute metrics have filters where you can set specific dates, locations, users, etc. to filter only the information needed for a report. These filters are available on the upper left side of each workbook in either a hamburger menu or Salute logo.

You can also filter the entire dashboard by selecting an item on the dashboard. Ex. on the below Assessments dashboard, clicking on the "Findings" section of the workbook filters the entire dashboard by only showing Assessments that have Findings attached to them. Now, we can see if there is a more common Assessment Type that ends up having Findings:

You can save frequent filters and revisit that view by clicking "View" at the bottom of the dashboard and saving that custom view or making it your default view.

Exporting

While the visualizations and filters are useful in the platform, you may want to export the data for your own needs. At the bottom of each workbook, click the below icon, then select the format to download. Salute typically recommends Crosstab as it will export as an excel or csv file for your use.
