- New ability to create a Custom Name for Requests/Reports in the Administration Module
- Request specific field names will also be updated to reflect the Custom Name

- Addition of a separate email template for notifications that go to the Requester after it has been Saved. Previously, Requesters would receive redundant submission notifications if the notifications were sent after subsequent Saves from the Salute Portal.

- Resolved issue where a sorting by Waste Request ID in All Waste Collections caused a 500 error
