• Assessment Snapshots
  • Admins will now have the ability to turn on our "Snapshot" feature on an Assessment Type by Assessment Type basis. This will allow Users to capture Objects of an Assessment at a specific moment in time.
    
  • If enabled, Assessments and Findings using this Assessment type will create a snapshot of the inspected Object. 
  • The snapshot will retain Object information in an Assessment from a particular date and time i.e., if the object is edited or updated since the time of the Assessment, the Assessment will reflect the historical information.
    • Ex: A Portable Fire Extinguisher was inspected in 2020 in one location, then gets moved to a new location in 2021. The 2020 Assessment snapshot will reflect the Object detail from the first location for that Assessment instead of dynamically updating in that 2020 Assessment Assessment. Previously, the Assessment, regardless of when it was conducted, only displayed current Object information. 
  • Within any given Assessment with this feature enabled, an option to Refresh Snapshot will be available. 
    
  • The snapshots feature is available in Assessments and any Findings from Assessments with this feature enabled. Snapshots are not available for ad hoc findings that are not associated with an Assessment. 

• Assessments - Community Portal
  • • Building name is now searchable when adding Equipment as an Object to Assessment on the Community Portal.
• Assessment Queues
  
  • Email Notifications will now include Assessment Queue name and Due Date.
• Administration
  
  • Resolved issue where Administrators where not able to update the PFE Type Inspection Frequency without filling in ALL inspection types, regardless of if the inspection was relevant to that PFE Type.
