      • Administrators will only have this ability for manually created User Accounts.
      • This will not be available if a User was created from an integration.
      • SSO will only work successfully if the value listed in Institutional ID matches that of the SSO configuration (e.g., email, institutional ID, netID, etc.).
      • If switching a User from SSO Based to Password Based, that User will automatically receive a Reset Password email notification. Screenshot 2023-06-13 at 4-33-16 PM-png
  • Findings/External Findings
    • Direct Managers are automatically added as "Also Notified" to Findings and External Findings when they become overdue. This gives them access to the Finding as they would receive notification of the overdue item by escalation email.
  • General Requests
    • Use the first Request Type in the Request Type dictionaries as the "default" when Community Users are submitting their requests.

For Release to Staging* ONLY

The following items related to Radiation Safety are being released to Staging* ONLY. These items will be released to Production at a future date.

  • Radiation Safety
    • Addition of a feature to track radiation permits i.e., Rad Permits. Rad Permits allows for the tracking of groups and laboratories using radioactive materials, rather than individual "Authorized Users".
      • A Rad Permit must be created within the scope of one license.
      • License Items and limits can be defined within the scope of that license at the permit level.
      • Users can be tracked within a Rad Permit as: Permit Holders, Authorized Users or Approved Users.
      • Rad Purchases can be tracked within the scope of a Rad Permit.
      • Radiation producing equipment can also be associated with the Rad Permit from the Equipment module.
    • Addition of a feature to maintain inventories of radioactive materials i.e., Rad Inventory.
      • One or more inventories can be created within the scope of a Rad Permit. These inventories can only use permitted materials.
      • Inventory items can be created directly from a Rad Mat Purchase.
      • Users can track withdrawals from the inventory items over time.
