  • Space Risk Assessments

    • Removed the tabs for Primary Contacts, Assessment, Additional Information and listed out all sections on one page.

    • Primary and secondary Locations modified to match the rest of the platform. Primary Building, Floor, and Space are listed in the Overview section. Secondary Locations will be listed at the bottom of the page and can be added from there (previously at the top of the form in the Overview section). 

    • The "Include Primary Contacts on Door Sign" will be moved from what was the Primary Contacts tab to below the Overview. 

  • Chemical Safety

    • “Update All Items’ Location” is now a Salute Admin function only.

    • Ability to generate labels (small size, standard size) for chemical inventory items from the Salute Portal. 

    • Added ability to move chemicals from one Chemical Inventory to another on the Salute Portal. 

    • Fields added to Chemical (in Chemical Inventory): Manufacturer, Manufacturer ID, Expiration Date (all not required). 

    • Field added to Chemical Inventory: Inventory Name (required field). Note: 

    • Tool Tips added to HHOP Status and HHOP Attachments defining as “High Hazard Operating Procedure”. 

    • Show additional information on the Chemical Inventory tile on the Community Portal: Chemical Inventory Name, Building Name and Code, Location Comments, Inventory Comments. 

    • Ability to upload a custom SDS for a Chemical for a Library Item. Note: Custom SDS will be download instead of the ChemWatch SDS if uploaded into the system. If there is no custom SDS, it will continue to be the ChemWatch SDS. 

  • Incidents

    • Tool tips modified for: Created by, Incident Owner, Incident Responder, 

    • Removed tool tip for Preventative Actions Verified by. 

    • Adjusted ordering of items in the Preventative Actions section to match Corrective Actions. 

    • Tool tip added for Corrective Actions Required and Corrective Actions due date. 

    • Response Date now defaults to today’s date when form is created (can be edited). 

    • Date validation added for Incidents to limit errors (e.g., Created Date cannot be before Date of Occurrence).

  • Accidents

    • Distribution List renamed to Also Notify. 

    • Tool tip added for Created by. 

    • Limit access to Accidents to only the individuals listed as: Lead Investigator, Accident Owner, Created by, Also Notify, Director/Leader.

    • Date validation added for Accidents to limit errors (e.g., Created Date cannot be before Date of Occurrence).

  • Event Report

    • Tool tip added for Resolution section (after user submits Event Report on Community Portal). 

    • If event is unassigned/pending assignment, status now reads “To Be Assigned” on Community Portal. 

    • Added Event Type and Event Issue (one line) to Event Tile on Community Portal. 

    • User can now free type time into an Event Report on both the Community Portal and Salute Portal. 

    • Notification emails now generating for Event Report Also Notify and submitted Event Report. 

  • Findings

    • Show “Object” and “Related Assessment” on the Finding Tile in the Community Portal.

  • Waste Management

    • Added ability to add attachments to Waste/Sharps requests on both the Salute Portal and Community Portal.

  • Other

    • Error message in Group Managing (Administration Module) resolved (filtering issue and 404 error). 

    • Time Zone information added next to header/footer in the Salute and Community Portals.
