      Salute v1.56.0

      To be released on November 3, 2021, between 2:00AM-4:00AM EST

      • Fire Drills

        • Update to Monitor and Conductor forms to allow for certain questions to be required vs. not required as needed

        • Update to the Community Portal layout of the Monitor form for more similarity with Assessment form

        • Update to Fire Drill PDF Export to ensure that checklist orders (for Conductor or Monitor checklists) match what is in the platform

        • Renamed “Label” field in Fire Drills to “Drill Name” for specificity (on both the Salute Portal and Community Portal)

      • Assessments

        • Upgrade to checklist questions to include a new answer type options that will capture date only, time only, or both date and time in a response to an Assessment Question

        • Assessment Queues will automatically Finalize on the Due Date if there are no pending inspection items

        • Allow for searchable answers within custom dropdowns on the Community Portal (previously only available on the Salute Portal)

      • Biological Safety

        • Update to IBC Registration Overview information:

          • Now includes a required “Assigned Biosafety Level (BSL)” field at the Registration level (previously ONLY at the Biological Agent level)

          • Updated “Contact” field name to “Primary Contact” with tool tip “Principal Investigator or Owner”

        • Renamed the “+Biological Safety” button to add a new IBC Registration to “+New IBC Registration” for uniformity

        • Updated breadcrumbs to reflect “IBC Registration” instead of just “Biological Safety”

        • Update to data structure behind Biological Agents:

          • Updated “Species” field name to “Species / Microorganism” to more include more broadly categorized biological agents

          • Updated the “Strain” field name to “Strain / Serotype” to include more broadly categorized biological agents

          • Modified the structure to flow similar to Locations where Type will filter the options for Species / Microorganism, which will filter the options for Strain / Serotype when a User goes to add a new Biological Agent

          • Additions to the pop up window that appears when Adding a new Biological Agent:

            • Added a new “Assigned Animal Biosafety Level (ABSL)” field with options: ABSL1, ABSL2, ABSL2+, ABSL3

            • Added a new “Replication Ability” field with options: Attenuated, Replication Competent, Replication Incompetent/Deficient, Self-Inactivating, Unknown, Not Applicable

            • Removed Approval Status at the level of adding a Biological Agent

            • Added a “NIH Applicability” field with options: NIH Applicable, NIH Exempt, Not rDNA, Other

      • Administration (Biological Safety)

        • Addition of the ability for an Admin to manage the Biological Agent Types, Species / Microorganisms, Strain / Serotype available to end users from the Administration module

        • Pre-populated values Assigned Biosafety Level, Assigned Animal Biosafety Level, and Risk Group can be managed for Biological Agents at the Strain / Serotype level

        • Addition of a list of all IBC Registrations that include a Strain / Serotype available in a table within the Administration Module

      • Safe Work Authorizations

        • Allow for dates to be typable in Torch Operator and Fire Guard expiration date selectors within Safe Work Authorizations

        • Change displayed information for Construction Projects in Safe Work Authorizations to ensure to include Project Name

      • Miscellaneous

        • Renamed “Labs” tabs in Locations>Campuses to “Spaces”

        • Renamed “Label” field in Assessment Queues to “Queue Name” (on both the Community Portal and Salute Portal)

        • Client specific requests for notifications, data imports, drill form updates, SWA checklist items

        • Update to email notification for Requests/Reports from “You have been assigned to a new Event Report [or other Request/Report] as a Requesting Person” to “Your Event Report [or other Request/Report] has been submitted”

        • Addition of Attachments > Document Links functionality to Assessment Comment pop up windows, Finding pop up windows on both the Community Portal and the Salute Portal

        • Bug fix for Building Codes and/or Names showing as Inactive in Column filters and/or Building selectors within forms (like Incidents)

        • Bug fix for error message adding Waste Collections to Waste Manifests
