Submitting a General Request On Community Portal

General Requests are used by the community to submit any type of request for information or assistance that may not be covered by a specific request type within Salute. Examples include requests for specific equipment, inspections, or information.

  1. To access Requests
    1. Select Request/Report from the navigation bar on the left side of the Landing PageScreen Shot 2022-07-26 at 2.32.16 PM
  2. Locate New Request/Report on the top right corner of the Landing Page
    1. A Select Request/Report Type window will pop-up. Select General Request. Screen Shot 2022-07-26 at 2.35.24 PM
  3. Fill out the fields
    1. Overview fields. Fields marked with an asterisk are required by Salute before being able to submit the request. 
      1. Building*
      2. Floor
      3. Space
      4. Location Details
      5. Requested By* (will automatically populate to the User who is submitting the Request and cannot be changed)
      6. Also Notified

  4. Locate Submit Request at the top of the page and select
