Locate New Request/Report on the top right corner of the Landing Page 1. A Select Request/Report Type window will pop-up. Fill out the fields 1. Overview fields. Fields marked with an asterisk are required by Salute before being able to submit the request.  1. Building\* 2. Floor 3. Space 4. Location Details 5. Requested By\* (will automatically populate to the User who is submitting the Request and cannot be changed) 6. Also Notified 7.
