General Requests are used by the community to submit any type of request for information or assistance that may not be covered by a specific request type within Salute. Examples include requests for specific equipment, inspections, or information.
- To access Requests
- Select Request/Report from the navigation bar on the left side of the Landing Page
- Locate New Request/Report on the top right corner of the Landing Page
- A Select Request/Report Type window will pop-up. Select General Request.
- Fill out the fields
- Overview fields. Fields marked with an asterisk are required by Salute before being able to submit the request.
- Building*
- Floor
- Space
- Location Details
- Requested By* (will automatically populate to the User who is submitting the Request and cannot be changed)
- Also Notified
- Describe your request*
- Request Attachments
- Upload Attachment or Photo
- Links
- Add link
