Instructions

To access Construction Projects:

From the Salute Portal landing page, select Construction from the Program modules

 

From the Construction Project landing page, you will be able to:

1. Select an individual item to see detailed information

2. Filter the list by selecting a column header (can do multiple filters) to see a select list of items

3. Create a New Construction Project

   1. Project ID
   2. Status: Select from the Dropdown
   3. Project Name
   4. Project Type: Select from the Dropdown
   5. Project Manager
   6. Budget
   7. Project Schedule
   8. Start Date
   9. End Date

1. Project Details
   1. Building
   2. Floor
   3. Space
   4. Department
   5. Project Scope
   6. Comments
   7. Project Forecast 
   8. Attachments
   9. Links

1. Project Contractors
   1. Architect
   2. Engineer
   3. General Contractor
   4. Construction Supt

1. EHS Milestones: List of relevant safety milestones, including if they are applicable to the specific project, Target Date, Completed Date, and any comments/files/attachments that are relevant to each milestone

1. Secondary Locations: Any additional locations linked to the primary Location
