      Salute v1.78.0

      To be released on September 21st, 2022, between 2:00AM-4:00AM EST

      • Locations

        • Resolved issue with floor and space counters showing as 0 on the Buildings landing page
      • Chemicals
        • Addition of a Comments field (text box) to an individual Chemical within a Users inventory
      • Assessment Queues
        • Assessment tables within an individual Queue will not sort by Equipment ID by default
      • Requests
        • Ability to now leave Comments on a Resolved Request from the Salute Portal

      Client-specific release items will be communicated directly.

      Tasks Renovation Release to Production

      This release includes full release of the updated Tasks workflows in Assessments, Findings, and Drills. These changes were included to Staging in the 1.75.0 and 1.76.0 releases. 

      Assessments

      • People selectors in the Assessment Overview separated into their own Assign section
      • Addition of a tool tip for the Assign section with detail related to how email notifications are sent
      • Removal of Create Tasks button and updated pop-up windows upon Saving and Finalizing an Assessment

      Findings

      • People selectors in the Assessment Overview separated into their own Assign section
      • Addition of guidance text and Send Notifications checkbox for a Finding when being created WITHIN an Assessment
      • Removal of the Create Tasks button
      • Exposure of Finding Status field for manual editing if needed
      • Resolve button on Community Portal updated to Mark as Completed

      Drills

      • Removal of the Create Tasks button
      • Addition of Monitor Notification settings that are available upon Scheduling or after Scheduling a Drill in the Location Observations section

      Community Portal Notifications

      • Community Portal Users creating Assessments will now have the option to choose whether or not to send email notifications upon Saving. They will not have the same choice as the Salute Portal upon Finalizing (Notifications will always be sent upon Finalization from the Community Portal).
